A managed service provider is looking for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their team and assist in providing support for clients systems.  This is a broad and varied role offering involvement with both desk-based and on-site support. 

As Helpdesk Support Analyst you will provide support to the end users within the region with existing and new systems.  You will be based from the Egham office but will provide on-site support for customers when required, as a result you must have a full clean driving licence to be considered.

Essential requirements
  • Windows desktop / Windows Server support experience
  • Good networking skills (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routing, firewalls)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Full clean driving licence
