We have an urgent contract opening for a Service Desk Analyst to join a financial client of ours on a 3 month initial contract based in the heart of London. This role will be supporting approximately 450 users internally and they business are looking for this candidate to diagnose and resolve all level 1 tickets and incidents within the agreed SLAs. The role will also include remote and offsite support at the clients' other offices.
The successful candidate must be able to start ASAP - ideal start date is Monday 11th Dec.
- 3+ years commercial experience supporting Windows 7, 10
- Good level of Active Directory administration
- Desktop & Laptop hardware sup[port
- Microsoft Office support
- Installation & Configuration of Samsung and IOS devices
