Helpdesk Coordinator - London - Salary: £25000 - £28000

We have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Coordinator  to work for one of the UK’s market leading companies. As a Helpdesk Coordinator you will be part of a vibrant and cutting edge team providing effective and efficient IT solutions. The successful Helpdesk Coordinator  will belong to a team which includes some of the most technically able individuals in the country. Its this, which when combined with a strong company ethos, results in one of the regions highest staff retention rates.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line support for internal staff
  • Ability to diagnose low level issues and escalate where necessary
  • Communicate with staff to indicate where improvements can be made
  • Troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively 
Skills:
  • Excellent communication
  • Excellent capabilities with Excel or SQL
  • Experience with specific management tools
  • Energetic and passionate about tech
