- Provide 1st line support for internal staff
- Ability to diagnose low level issues and escalate where necessary
- Communicate with staff to indicate where improvements can be made
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively
- Excellent communication
- Excellent capabilities with Excel or SQL
- Experience with specific management tools
- Energetic and passionate about tech
