Support Engineer, 1st/2nd Line, Windows Server 2008/20012R2, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365…

I am currently working with IT Service Provider in Central London who is looking to recruit a talented Helpdesk Engineer to join their rapidly expanding organisation. The successful applicant will be supporting clients remotely and also making onsite visits.

As well as being technically savvy, candidates must have excellent communication, be able to manage expectation of customers and update users regularly.

Technology Stack:

- Exchange support & administration
- Office 365 support & administration
- Microsoft operating systems (2008, 2010 & Windows 7,8 & 10)
- Support and management of switches, routers & firewalls

Experience Needed:

-          Worked in an IT Service Provider

-          1 years + providing technical support

-          Knowledge or experience of the above technologies
