Fantastic opportunity for a keen graduate with an analytical / problem solving background and an interest in technology to join an award winning software company based in the heart of London as a Graduate Technical Support Engineer!
As a Graduate Technical Support Engineer you will...
…join other engineers as first point of contact with a range of technical issues including hardware, network, electronics and software problems.
This is not a helpdesk position - you'll be working with Cisco networking technologies, Oracle databases, Microsoft Server and more as well as supporting in-house applications and investigating system outages / performance / bottlenecks and more!
If you've an interest in technology and are a natural problem solver, this could be for you!
(A relevant degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Physics, or similar would be useful too!)
Desired Key Skills:
- Strong academic qualifications across Degree / A Levels / GCSE’s
- Degree level experience in an analytical field: i.e. Engineering, Computer Science, Physics
- Recent graduate in the years 2016, 2017 or due to graduate 2018
- An interest in technology / IT / software as well as Analytics / problem solving
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing, professional manner
