Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a large and well known organisation based in London.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Fantastic Benefits

I am looking for an individual who can provide technical desktop and application support in person and remotely with the ability to undertake technical troubleshooting and the ability to resolve issues in line with ITIL.

This client is looking for individuals who are hardworking, with great customer services skills with an outgoing and helpful attitude.

The Key Skills I am looking for are
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure Systems.
  • VIP Support – in person
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Incident Management
  • Configuration Management
  • End User Provisioning
  • Support
  • Ticketing tools experience (Service Now, Siebel etc)
  • Ability to communicate with clients
  • Strong Hardware Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comprehensive Mobile Device exposure
  • Experienced with Network and Software Packaging
  • Hardware or Software Rollouts
  • Deskside Patch Management
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Hardware (Laptops, PC,s Mobiles)
  • Good Understanding of Windows Servers
