We are currently recruiting for a marketing leading Tech company who are looking to build an office in Coventry. Based just 3 minutes from Coventry station the Customer Services Manager will have responsibility for building a team of up to 50 customer service representatives from the ground up. Due to the industry my client operates in we are interested in speaking to candidates coming from highly regulated environments such as gaming/betting, financial, insurance etc.
As a Customer Service Manager, your most important role is leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible. The ideal candidate will have experience building a Customer Services team from scratch - designing the processes and structure of the department.
You’ll also be expected to know your company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff.
Possible duties include:
- Helping to build good customer relations
- Recruiting staff and doing appraisals
- Arranging staff meetings
- Training and development
- Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff)
