About the role:
My client based in central London, is seeking an individual with the desire to rapidly establish themselves within their organisational HQ as a Customer Insight Analyst. You will have to be experienced in the field of analytics, having come from an established customer focused organisation with a proven track record of being able to add value to organisations by utilising your analytical skills.
As a Customer Insight Analyst, you should enjoy being both in front of clients and professionals within the business, being confident in communicating your solutions and meeting our customers’ needs collaboratively. You should be able to extract, manipulate, and analyse data to illuminate and support future business decisions.
Ideally, you will be educated to a degree level or a relevant equivalent in a related discipline.
Technical skills required to be successful in your application:
- Experience of programming in SQL and additional computer languages (e.g. SAS, R, Python, VBA) desirable
- Must have worked with large customer data sets
- You will be confident working under your own initiative as well as having the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives.
- You will be comfortable using various software tools and systems, specifically advanced skills with Excel and PowerBI (Dax)
