One of London’s fasted growing events business’ are looking to hire a Global CRM Training Manager to assist in a CRM replacement project for more than 100 users globally. The primary focus on the role will be to development a change management and training strategy, promote change, deliver training (classroom and remotely) and create training material.
Responsibilities within the role:
- Design a communication strategy for all levels of the organization
- Conduct end user testing pre roll out
- Create training material (classroom, remotely, self-learning and guides for further training)
- Work closely with the development team to address improving areas and handle feedback from users
- Travel to global offices for classroom training
- Proven experience implementing CRM projects for global businesses (3 years +)
- Heavy involvement in end user training with CRM systems
- Confident, enthusiastic and importing presenting and instructor
- Excellent communication skills
- Specific Siebel / Oracle Cloud Suite would be a real advantage.
