Job Description

Job Title: Change Administrator

Location: Dublin

End Date/Duration: 6 months – potential to extend and go perm

The successful candidate will provide analysis, process change documentation and deliver change documentation which will contribute to the development of the business and gather and manage the business requirements. You will be signed into a mailbox where you will update the database, understand the information that is coming into the mailbox and you will be guided through that.

You will be the conduit between the business units and the Internet Operations Web Administration team for managing and processing the change management aspect for Operations Change Management. You will have a proven track record in ITIL processes and procedures and will, work closely with the stakeholders to ensure that current process requirements are fully adhered to, reporting and managing any issues through to resolution. This is a hands on role which requires rigorous attention to detail and business processes.

Environment:

This team looks after internet operations and internet security is what they protect. They need to make sure they have all the documentation in place, send changes for reviews, scale up security, further reviews, make sure everything is in place. This role involves a constant update, they are always moving and deal with about 100 changes per day. It is a busy environment

Experience of analysing and evaluating business processes for continuous improvement.

Change Management exposure

Large inbox – involved in updating database (will change to Remedy in the near future) and generate emails from the database)

Reports

Administer mailbox

ITIL certification ideally

Cultural fit is important. The client are willing to train on any other areas

Need to have worked in a large office before
