We are currently recruiting for a Business Implementation Manager to join a market leading company based in Birmingham. 

Position Overview
This role is a critical part of the strategic programme function and is the single role that works with the strategic programme director to manager all stakeholders associated with strategic programme delivery. This role manages business engagement on strategic programmes within Group IT and across the business. The role understands the solutions and capabilities that are being delivered by the strategic programmes and the associated change that these will bring to each part of the business. This role manages a small team that includes a Communications Manager, Training Manager and Trainer.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing strategic BIM team (3 SMEs)
  • Team reward and recognition
  • Leads and managers all aspects of the BIM team, including: stakeholder management, communication and training.
  • Manages business engagement, communication and training for all strategic programmes across the Interserve business.
  • Implements, manages and matures all BIM processes, standards and services
  • Ensures that all reporting is completed in a timely manner and to the agreed quality criteria
  • Monitors and manages agreed business engagement KPIs and measurements

What we are looking for

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate awareness and previous knowledge of the following:
  • Have worked in a large complex Blue Chip environment
  • Have completed the delivery of similar roles within complex environments
  • Experienced stakeholder manager – able to influence successfully at all levels within the organisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including a confident presenter
  • Ability to identify, assess and prioritise
  • Customer focused
  • 3-5 years’ experience in working in a Group IT shared service environment
