Business Analyst is required for my client who are a highly successful blue chip FTSE 250 organisation who are building a brand new function in the Midlands. The role is very dynamic and an integral part of the business, you will be one of a medium sized team which includes underwriters, Business Analysts and Project Managers working closely with UK and offshore based departments. 

The ideal candidate will be someone with in depth knowledge on the Insurance sector and has amassed a wealth of experience in business analytics, a massive plus will be extensive knowledge and commercial experience working in a Waterfall methodology environment.

My client is looking for someone who is highly skilled in the analysis and documentation of complex business processes, who has In-depth experience with multiple methods for the elicitation, validation, and documentation of requirements for complex Information Systems. Exposure to a wide range of complex Information Systems across a global enterprise. Extensive experience working with global project teams, software providers, and outsourcers. end to end experience of the project life cycle over numerous medium and large scale projects and lastly proven skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and networking.

Excellent verbal and written communication is key along with great interpersonal skills.

*Insurance experience is highly desirable, however my client is very open minded and are willing to look at financial service backgrounds.
