A global marketing and communications organisation are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team. This award winning client of mine is very well known in their dynamic and entrepreneurial environment as well as offering heaps of career progression. The successful candidate will be working hand in hand with the Head of Application and have a good understanding of managing and maintaining bespoke applications as well as working with off-shore teams.
- 2 years hands on experience in assisting application support helpdesk
- Familiar with change requests and the appropriate method to deal with these- UAT
- Competent in working with off-shore teams and third party vendors
- Understanding ticketing systems and how to escalate issues
- Outstanding communication and team player
- ITIL and Prince 2 certified
