Application Support Analyst

My client - a global business process company offering a range of outsourcing solutions (typically to blue chip / FTSE100 / Fortune 500 firms) - are seeking a proven Application Support Analyst to provide equivalent 2nd line support in areas of IT Infrastructure and Development! 

Overview: 

As an Application Support Analyst, you'll carry out incident investigation and root cause analysis through to resolution of technical and infrastructure issues. You'll be technically confident and work across a diverse range of issues, multiple projects and with multiple customers at any given time. 

Would suit an existing Application Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support person or advanced 1st line support person looking to further their career in an exciting, varied background! 

Key Skills: 

  • 1st point of contact incident awareness / triage.
  • Work with multiple customers across a wide range of incidents / issues. 
  • Confident by phone, face to face and remote connection 

Salary: 


Up to £28,000 plus a great range of benefits including company pension, health-care, life insurance and more!
