Application Support Analyst
My client - a global business process company offering a range of outsourcing solutions (typically to blue chip / FTSE100 / Fortune 500 firms) - are seeking a proven Application Support Analyst to provide equivalent 2nd line support in areas of IT Infrastructure and Development!
As an Application Support Analyst, you'll carry out incident investigation and root cause analysis through to resolution of technical and infrastructure issues. You'll be technically confident and work across a diverse range of issues, multiple projects and with multiple customers at any given time.
Would suit an existing Application Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support person or advanced 1st line support person looking to further their career in an exciting, varied background!
- 1st point of contact incident awareness / triage.
- Work with multiple customers across a wide range of incidents / issues.
- Confident by phone, face to face and remote connection
