User Support Analyst/ desktop support / build & repair -25-30k - 12 month fixed term contract

We are currently recruiting for a brand new User Support Analyst to be based in Southend on Sea. The User support analyst will have helpdesk experience working on and supporting applications working as part of an established team supporting user issues. The User Support Analyst will provide User support and will have the opportunity to work on projects ,also daily role will include maintenance and support of desktop equipment, incident and problem resolution, build and repair of IT hardware and also maintaining documents and records.

Skills and Experience:

* A minimum of 3 years in an IT user support role
* Experience of incident and problem resolution
* Experience of Build/Repair of IT equipment
* A good knowledge of Windows operating systems
* Familiar with ITIL
* A knowledge of telephony Handsets (VoIP)
* Excellent communication skills
