Our client is currently looking for an ALM Administrator/Support Analyst to join a fantastic client.
You will provide 1st and 2nd Level ALM Tools application support as well as operating the tools/application in production and test.
You will need to be fluent in English and be able to hold business conversation in German
- Administration experience in the following tools.
- Nexus, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, Jenkins, SVN and GIT.
- Support all Tools of the whole tool chain
- Support all customisations of the out-of-the-box tools.
- Support all application servers of all tools, i.e. the relevant tools on the servers.
- Support the connections between the tools, i.e. inside the same tool on different servers and between different tools.
- Support the application specific part of all databases connected and user, e.g. by the ALM tool chain.
- Handle all Incidents from application users.
- Create and change login data requested from users.
- Monitor log files and Incidents against different parts within the IT.
- Update and Upgrade System.
