Customer Analyst - Consultant
Will be within the analytics team, more of an analyst than focused purely on coding. They must not be focused on writing code – but they need to analyse the performance of card portfolio, and putting strategic commercial action in place.
Retail banking credit card knowledge would be desirable – from experience the team always pick CVs where there is clear credit card experience.
Candidates need to be really enthusiastic, autonomous, and be able to hit the ground running.
- Strong educational background (Numerical degrees preferred)
- Industry experience preferably in analytics roles at retail banks
- Understanding of Credit cards preferred
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Experience in working with large amounts of data – SQL/SAS knowledge preferred
- Experience of using data to solve business problems
