We are currently working with an international IT managed services provider who has an opportunity for an Account Manager to join their Egham based team.  This is a great opportunity for a customer focused Account Manager with experience in the IT industry that is looking to join a company with considerable growth plans over the next 18 months.

The successful applicant will be a degree educated, enthusiastic professional with a strong focus on customer care.  You will be ambitious and looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your career.  With a strong work ethic and attention to detail you will work with existing clients to provide customer support whilst looking for opportunities to nurture and grow the customer.

Key responsibilities:
  • Regularly meeting with key customers, ensuring outstanding customer service throughout
  • Keeping clients updated with regular reviews of the account
  • Embody enthusiasm about the business throughout all customer interactions
  • Liaising with senior managers to identify new potential opportunities
  • Have a strong understanding about the products and services available and how these can add benefit to the customer
  • Keep an accurate record of all customer interactions through the company CRM system
  • Take responsibility for personal development and striving to meet set targets
Requirements:
  • Proactive, customer focused personality
  • Degree educated (IT or technical discipline preferred)
  • At least three years’ experience of account management for an IT organisation
  • Professional training account management or customer care
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
