Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a 2nd line support Engineer to join an expanding team working for a Managed Service provider in a busy and fast paced environment. The 2nd line support Engineer will be responsible for 2nd line support working on 1st / 2nd line escalations (outlook, VPN, desktop issues) and also working on scheduled tickets regarding failed backups and server tasks also with the opportunity to be involved in project work. 

Skills and Experience:

*A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a 2nd line support role
*A good knowledge of Microsoft server, Active Directory and Exchange
*Experience of VMware or HyperV
*Experience of Windows 2008/2012, Office365 and Exchange up to 2013
*Experience of tape/internet backup utilities
*Excellent customer facing /client skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience in busy fast paced environments
*Experience in a managed service provider environment
