2nd line Support Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a 2nd line support Engineer for a market leading company in the Birmingham area. My client is looking to expand their service desk team asap.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years dedicated 2nd line support experience, as well as having experience of working in a shared service or IT services environment.
