Fantastic opening for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join one of the UK's leading software and managed service companies, based in central London!
The 2nd Line Support person will support both on client sites (zones 1 and 2) and from the companies head office (remotely) to provide efficient desktop support using key technologies (Active Directory, Exchange). Ideally you’ll have previously worked with an ITSM like Remedy.
A confident manner and strong communication skills are essential as you’ll be the face of an established and professional business.

- 6 months+ desktop support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows 7 or above, plus Active Directory and Exchange
- Understanding of ITSM ticket based logging systems i.e. Remedy
- Virtualisation (VMWare / Hyper-V)
