This is a brand new role to join a Desktop Support division within a large Managed Service Provider based in the heart of London. This role will be a combination of being based on client site and working from their head office and supporting clients remotely.
This role offers excellent opportunity to develop technically and also lots of room for internal promotion within a successful and fast growing IT business.
Being in this role will ultimately be ‘the face of the business’ as you will be representing the business at client sites each day – it is important that you enjoy being client facing, have excellent communication and can working in a calm manner.
- Experience working within a technical support environment – ideally with client facing experience
- Working knowledge of Window Desktop 7, 8 & 10, Active Directory and Exchange
- Understanding of ITSM systems – Remedy or similar
