Fantastic opening for Desktop focused 1st Line Support or 2nd Line Support person to join one of the UK's leading software and managed service companies, based in central London!
Operating with zones 1 and 2 of London (travel paid), you'll provide hands on client site support using Active Directory, Exchange plus a knowledge of telephony, virtualisation, anti-virus, SCCM and general desktop support to a high standard.
You'll need strong communication skills and a calm and confident manner as you'll be representing one of the countries most successful service providers, offering great opportunities to advance within the role to further your technical skill set and career!
- 6 months+ desktop support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows 7 or above, plus Active Directory and Exchange
- Knowledge of Telephony, Virtualisation (VMWare / Hyper-V), Anti-Virus, SCCM
- Strong communication skills and confident manner, comfortable working on client sites.
