Fantastic opening for a 1st or 2nd Line Desktop Support person to join one of the UK's leading software and managed service companies, based in central London!
Working with Active Directory and Exchange plus additional Desktop Support tools including telephony, virtualisation, anti-virus and SCCM (plus the opportunity to learn these), you'll provide remote and client-site support (within central London, travel paid).
You'll need strong communication skills and a calm and confident manner as you'll be representing one of the countries most successful service providers!
- 6 months+ desktop support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows 7 or above, plus Active Directory and Exchange
- Understanding of ITSM ticket based logging systems i.e. Remedy
- Virtualisation (VMWare / Hyper-V)
