An opportunity has opened up for somebody to join a growing IT managed service provider based from their Crawley office. This would be a great opportunity for somebody at the start of their IT career with at least 6 months experience and is looking for a step up in a company that offers good potential for career development and exposure to a range of technologies.
You will be a good communicator with an enthusiastic personality. Being the first point of contact for customer issues you will outstanding customer service skills and show real attention to detail.
Essential skills:
- 6 months experience in an IT support position (ideally in an IT managed service provider although other backgrounds will be considered)
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment
- Experience of Windows support (including desktops, laptops, Active Directory and remote support tools)
- Industry recognised qualifications would further strengthen your application
