A leading telecommunications provider are looking to grow their Core Technical Services team with the addition of CRM Siebel Analyst. This team is tasked with providing 2nd line support to the Oracle CRM / Siebel application which includes issue analysis, deployments, support and problem management. Their primary focus is to ensure smooth and fault free operation of their telecommunications platform.
As well as providing 2nd Line technical support for their Siebel CRM you will also be responsible for order management, workflows, stakeholder management, service improvements and regularly updating customers with new features and upgrades.
- Previous experience with a CRM / Oracle Siebel applications
- Ability to supporting and deploy the CRM / Oracle Siebel applications
- Telecoms industry experience
- Excellent communication
- The ability to fault find/diagnose technical issues and communicate this effectively to customers
