CRM Manager / IT Systems Manager - 

My client are a highly successful global business platform provider expanding their London office based near Liverpool Street station. They're seeking an internally facing Siebel focused CRM Manager / IT Systems Manager / Business Systems Manager to join the team! 

This exceptional role will see you taking a lead position, working closely with multi-functional business and product marketing teams on their data needs. 

You'll have previous experience delivering / implementing Siebel Product Catalogue, Configurator and Pricing as well as (ideally) some knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce CPQ / Steelbrick. 

Additional qualifications and exposure to ITIL / Agile / Scrum as well as knowledge of Data Migration strategies would also be most welcome.

You may have come up through a Business Analyst or Architect route and are now looking for a senior apportionment! 

Skills Overview: 

  • CRM Manager / IT Systems Manager / Business Systems Manager
  • Experience with Siebel CRM (Product Catalogue, Congfigurator, Pricing) - essential
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce CPQ, Steelbrick - ideal 
  • Ideally exposure / qualifications in ITIL, Agile, Scrum 
  • Comfortable travelling across EMEA / internationally when required

If you're an experienced Siebel CRM professional - possibly from a Business Analyst or Architect background - looking to move into a senior role managing CRM processes this could be a just the thing for you.
