1st / 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst - Exchange, Active Directory, Server - Worcester

My client are a specialist UK software house expanding their IT Support team with an opportunity for a 1st / 2nd line support analyst!  

You'll have demonstrable phone and remote support experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server (2008 R2 +).

Further knowledge of Network troubleshooting, Microsoft products / Windows, Hyper-V, VMWare and Citrix would also be welcome, as would experience across both Tech and Application support. 

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, successful technology organisation who've already taken on over 20 technical professionals this year alone! 

Key Skills:

  • Proven Technical Support / IT Support experience.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server.
  • Knowledge of Network troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft products. 
  • Ideally exposure to Hyper-V, VMWare and Citrix. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working to a rotating shift pattern.

The role is in easy commute of Worcester, Birmingham and the surrounding area off jnct 6 of the M5.
