Graduate Systems Analyst (Technical Support) - Birmingham City Centre - to £30k plus Benefits!

As a Graduate Systems Analyst you'll... 

...join peers at a similar level in a grad scheme providing in-house support for software / hardware / technical issues including Microsoft Infrastructure, Databases, Networking and bespoke applications.

Prior knowledge isn't necessary, but you'll need to be sharp, interested in the IT industry and willing to learn a range of technical systems and tools including (but not limited to) Microsoft Server, Hyper-V, Cisco networking hardware, Oracle and SQL databases, Firewalls, Routers, Switches and more!

Desired Skills:

  • Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in BSc / MSc Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.
  • Strong A Levels and GCSE's
  • A genuine interest in the IT industry / IT technologies and working 'hands on' within the field. 
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and positive attitude.
