Technical Trainer (Engineering) - Oxford - to £45k

My client - a world leader in research and innovation across multiple industries - are seeking (9x !) Technical Trainers to join the team at multiple levels!

You'll play a critical role developing and delivering engineering training to Engineering Technicians, STEM graduates and apprentices. 

Key Skills: 

  • Technical Trainer experience within an Engineering environment
  • Ideally qualification in teaching / training / CAVA
  • Familiarity with VLE / LMS learning environments
  • Able to clear a DBS check over the past 3 years
  • Engineering industry / CAD / CNC experience, IOSH, R&D and HVM experience would all be welcome too!
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for high quality teaching / training.

Ideally you’ll have a CAVA or equivalent and recognise training / teaching qualifications, will be familiar with VLE or LMS learning environments and will have a clear DBS check over the past 3 years.

In terms of industry, you will ideally have a background in one or more of the following: IOSH / CAD / CNC / R&D / HVM / Maths / Metrology / Robots / Robotics / PLC’s / Mechanical Engineering / Fluid Power / Manufacturing / Engineering / Electrical.

(Or some variation of the above!)
