We are currently working with a global software and solutions company that has an opportunity for somebody to join their application hosting team from their Bristol office.  This is a great opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join an international business with a portfolio of solutions that are used in over 100 countries.   

The successful Systems Engineer will be responsible for the infrastructure that hosts SaaS solutions for global applications. You will work closely with the development team so they can deploy software as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

As Systems Engineer your role will include managing tickets, maintaining servers and network infrastructure, overseeing change management, working directly with hosting providers and implementing new products and technologies.

Required skills:

  • At least five years SaaS application management experience
  • Data centre based hardware management experience
  • Experience in a Windows Server and VMware environment
  • Good skills around networking (Cisco certifications desirable)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
