Technical Support Engineer /2nd line/Active Directory / Exchange /Office 365 - 28 - 32K
We are currently recruiting for a brand new position for a 2nd line Engineer to be based in London working in a managed service environment. The 2nd line support Engineer will be technically competent with the ability to liaise with clients and able to work in a fast paced environment. This will be a varied role where you will provide 2nd line support and maintenance of server,desktop and network infrastructure.
Skills and Experience
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 2nd line Desktop/server support role
* A good knowledge of Microsoft server, Exchange and Cloud technologies
* A good knowledge of Windows desktop 7/8/10
* Administration of office 365 and Exchange
* Experience of VMware would be an advantage
* Excellent customer and communication skills
* Experience in a managed service environment would be an advantage
