We are currently recruiting for a logistics company who are looking for an 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join their support team in South West.  You will be part of a team of five supporting 250 internal and remote workstations.

The successful IT Support Analyst will have 12-24 months experience working in a fast paced support role and would have a team focused mentality.  The team are a fun loving group and are looking for somebody with a similar mentality.

You will be resolving issues with hardware, software and networks in addition to supporting the installation and configuration of server and desktop-based software and hardware.  You will have strong experience working within a Windows environment; experience with VMware will further strengthen your application.

Essential skills:

-          Experience supporting desktops and servers
-          Windows Server
-          Active Directory
-          Office 2016 / Office 365
-          Windows 7 / Windows 10
-          Networking understanding (LAN, TCP/IP)
-          Full driving licence as some travel will be involved
