Key Account Manager, London, £50K (£100K OTE)

A rapidly expanding managed service provider based in Central London is looking to grow their account management division with the addition of an experienced key account manager to join a team of 8. The successful candidate will be need top be adaptable to work across a range of customers and industry sectors to manage existing customers and developing new relationships within those customers.

As a key account manager you will be managing approximately 10 accounts which can range between a customer’s monthly spending being £500 - £75,000. The key objectives are to retain, offer an excellent service and expand the revenue being generated within each account.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven track record of managing a range of client / accounts to ensure excellent customer service is delivered
  • Demonstrated background of sales and target achievements
  • Strong ability to negotiate and upsell within accounts
  • Have a natural instinct to identify new sales opportunities within your accounts
  • Previous experience managing or selling IT products, software or services
