Senior Engineer, WebLogic, WebSphere, Middleware, F5, Jboss, Apache, Test, Scripting, Development, Test, Developer, Infrastructure, 

This exciting global financial organisation is currently on the hunt for a specialist Engineer with strong focus of working within WebLogic and WebSphere. This person will be working part of the build and support in a Middleware environment. Though this experience is not essential, you will be working towards automation within this environment, understanding or working in a Middleware, Jboss, Apache or F5 environment will put you at an advantage

 Key Responsibilities 

  • This project is focused on supporting theto build and support in middleware environment, this person will be responsible for the design and build application structure and test and troubleshoot as well as the hand over to ops web services
  • Provides support of internet engineering through programming, analysis, design, development and delivery of viable solutions.
  • Design and deliver internet infrastructure solutions that satisfy member, product, service and backbone requirements.

Key Skills
  • Experience in internet fundamentals related to web servers, application servers, internet security and other internet technologies.
  • Webserver application IBM product
  • Strong experience in WebSphere application server and WebLogic
  • Someone who has worked in the Middleware and supporting web application background. If they did If they had fin tech Ideal would ok with both.
  • Financial and card payments exposure helpful not essential
  • Middleware support engineer, infrastructure engineer exposure is welcome
  • Thorough knowledge in one or more core functions related to internet infrastructure design a role where you work with multiple technologies and they will learn and develop more middleware tech. All new builds are now getting done in automation.
  • The ability to learn and adapt, working in a Middleware, Apache, Jboss, F5 environment (training will be provided on this).
