Salary remuneration - £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

User Researcher, UX Researcher. User Experience Researcher is required to join market leading global big data platform. Based in the stunning surroundings of a purpose built brand new offices in London. Expect to be working on one of the largest, complex UX projects in London this year! User Researcher, UX Researcher will be working on a complete brand news SAAS application and corporate web brand redesign.

User Researcher, UX Researcher will work closely  with the Head of Global User Experience, Global CTO, Product Lead teams and Heads of Staff to best understand requirements against Commercial Objectives. This is a once in a  lifetime opportunity for a UX Researcher to recreate and develop a brand SAAS application and a new web products which already gets well over 110,000 hits per day in global traffic.

User Researcher, UX Researcher will have below competencies…
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications or experience
  • Strong experience with qualitative methods (interviewing, usability studies, ethnographic observation)
  • Basic understanding of quantitative methods, behavioural analysis, and statistical concepts
  • Extensive knowledge of usability and user experience research tools and techniques (e.g. field research, heuristic reviews, benchmarking, card sorts, lo-fidelity prototyping methods, etc.) as well as strong project management and negotiating skills are central to the position.
