Candidates should have at least two years’ experience working for a Service Provider and will have an excellent understanding of desktop support. Strong communication skills are essential as well as a calm demeanour.
- 2 years’ MSP experience
- Excellent knowledge of desktop support
- Impeccable communication skills
- Experience of using a ticketing system
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- MCSA certification
- Experience with SCCM
- Experience of using Service Now
