This is an opportunity for a Service Desk Team leader to work for my client in the Birmingham area. You will be required to oversee the smooth operations of the Account Team whilst building excellent working relationships and being the escalation point for their Account Team customers. My client is a large financially secure organisation, affording you the opportunity to grow yourself from within a comfortable working environment.
- Oversee 100% of the Account Team cases.
- Drive quality of case handling through regular reviews.
- Attend and participate in regular Service meetings with customers, Account Director and Service Delivery Manager.
- Experience working in an IT Services company
- Must be able to converse at a senior level with customers
- Excellent stakeholder management
