Service Delivery Manager, Process Improvement, Oncall, On-call
We are currently on the hunt for a Service Delivery Manager for a FTSE 100 client of ours to work on a major Transformation Programme on an initial 3 months contract.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for understanding the current on-call function and reviewing & suggesting current and future processes and the structure of on-call and suggest improvements.
You will help review the management of on-call and define performance metrics for the function and technical engineers and other areas of IT whilst also helping define the responsibilities for on-call workers.Experience required:
- ITIL v3 Foundation accreditation or equivalent experience
- Proven experience of IT Service Management within a large organisation
- Previous experience or knowledge of techniques and tools to monitor the performance of a complex enterprise IT infrastructure
