Senior Services Manager
We have a new exciting opportunity for a Senior Services Manager

Senior Service Managers are responsible for the following:
Relationship management of assigned Tier 1 and 2 accounts
To conduct periodic Service Management Reviews (SMRs) with assigned accounts
To act as the primary contact point for escalations and non-technical (account) questions
To establish and maintain a “partnering” approach for assigned accounts
To identify new opportunities for improved services and upsell within accounts
Drive continuous service improvement for assigned accounts including but not restricted to:
o Improved efficiency of delivery
o SLA and KPI Management
- ITIL Intermediate V3.0 (expert is advantageous)
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in Service definition and improvement.
