Senior Services Manager

We have a new exciting opportunity for a Senior Services Manager to join an expanding organisation in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work for a leading IT company that can offer excellent career progression opportunities.

Senior Service Managers are responsible for the following:
 
 Relationship management of assigned Tier 1 and 2 accounts
 To conduct periodic Service Management Reviews (SMRs) with assigned accounts
 To act as the primary contact point for escalations and non-technical (account) questions
 To establish and maintain a “partnering” approach for assigned accounts
 To identify new opportunities for improved services and upsell within accounts
 Drive continuous service improvement for assigned accounts including but not restricted to:
o Improved efficiency of delivery
o SLA and KPI Management 

Skills:
  • ITIL Intermediate V3.0 (expert is advantageous)
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in Service definition and improvement.
