Second Line Support Engineer

This is an opportunity for a Second Line Support Engineer to work for my client in the Solihull area. You will play a key role in the delivery of high quality technical support for the business and the customer. My client is a large financially secure organisation, affording you the opportunity to grow yourself from within a comfortable working environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Maximise use of all in-house systems to be a key member of a highly customer focused and professional Service Desk function.
  • Communicate fully and effectively with customers throughout the incident life cycle, ensuring that at all times the customer is fully aware of the status of their incident or service request.
Skills:
  • Troubleshooting of common technologies (Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, virtualisation, enterprise storage, exchange, networking or Citrix)
  • Problem solving
  • Communication skills
