My client, who are a global consultancy are on the lookout for a Problem Coordinator who can choose to work from various locations; Beeston, Birmingham, Crewe or Livingston to join them and provide initial support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all departments with IT requirements and will be involved in various meetings to ensure IT support is running at a high efficiency at all times.
Key skills and experience:
- Hands on experience working in Windows environments (XP, Vista, Win7, Active Directory)
- Candidate must be ITIL V3 certified (ITIL Service and Operation certificate would be beneficial)
- Previous experience holding meetings with support team and Problem Manager as you will be in charge of coordination of incident/problem solving between teams
- Excellent communication
