A rapidly expanding managed service provider based in Central London are looking to grow their account management division with the addition of one more customer focused account manager.
The successful account manager will be managing 35 accounts bringing in a combined revenue of £1M annually. The main responsibilities within the role will be to ensure that all customers are well taken care of and looked after, all queries are resolved, all projects are being fully management and the clients are updated and communicated to on a regularly basic. Additionally, they will be training to upsell and cross sell services to clients – however, it’s important to be clear this is not a new business sales role.
- 1 years’ experience within an account management or client support role
- Ability to communicate well with clients over the phone and face to face
- Experience problem solving and offering solutions for clients
- Ability to manage clients expectations

Commission is uncapped and a realistic figure for your 1st
