Customer Support Team Lead. IT Support. Helpdesk – is required for leading technology innovator based in Central London. Customer Support Team Lead will be joining one of the worlds fastest growing online technology products – with over 100,000 downloads daily worldwide! Customer Support Team Lead will be managing a capable but small team, providing friendly and efficient services to the products valued users. You will be leading a small team based in the UK and also a similar sized operation remotely in the US. You will be responsible for helping the business maintain 90%+ Customer Satisfaction record and a high worth value in Which? Publication! You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team including training, mentoring and owning the monthly KPI reporting. You will also be responsible for the planned rapid expansion of the team.
Customer Support Team Lead / IT Support will ideally have –
- Degree Level Education or Equivalent
- 3+ Years working in a support environment
- Microsoft office – Word, Powerpoint, Excell etc Guru Knowledge
- Experience setting up and maintaining Zendesk is highly desirable
The ideal candidate will have experience training and mentoring Customer Support teams, setting up Zendesk and will be sociable as this office is very sociable!
