Change Management Coordinator – IT – Cardiff - Exceptional Benefits


Change Management Coordinator is required to work for a well respected award winning employer. This role will be working within a team to manage and control all IT and process changes and improving the overall delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and conduct the IT Change Authority Board meetings to introduce new IT services or changes to existing services
  • Take ownership for updating the Change Management calendar on a daily basis
  • Communicate weekly change schedules
  • Document all processes used within the Service Transition team
  • Maintain the Configuration Management database
 

Experience
  • Experience in arranging and running meetings
  • Experience in identifying and managing risks
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in challenging colleagues on issues
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt
  • Good motivation skills
