Bid Support Analyst / Bid Manager - Birmingham - £45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits
An organisation in Birmingham are recruiting for a Bid Analyst / Bid Manager to join the team ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a thriving organisation where they can really develop their career.
The Bid Support Analyst will report into the Bid Manager. They will work in partnership with the Heads of Business Change and Business Development teams to deliver appropriate bid and tender information for IT solutions and services to support a proposed operational approach and the contractual requirements of the client. Predominantly work will be focused on contracts worth in excess on £5m TCV; however work and support on smaller value tenders will be expected.
The Bid Support Analyst will be responsible/expected to:
Work with the Solution Architecture team to produce a solution design that supports the proposed operation and the business division’s standard operating processes, the services supplied within the contract as well as value-add/bid-differentiator opportunities
Collating material from SME’s and writing the sections of the tender response and reviewing other sections that touch upon the IT systems/solution
Producing a detailed cost model with input from HoBC, SA, SME’s and BusDev leads, by capturing the software, hardware and connectivity requirements for the proposed operating structure as well as the implementation resource effort
Supporting the HoBC and mobilisation teams regarding the IT solution post-submission
