Application support, Manager, Team Leader

My client is going through a large period of change at the moment and require an Applications Team Leader to lead and develop the application support team. 

The applications team leader will be pro active in the management of problems, as well as managing 3rd party suppliers to ensure that all SLAs are met. 

Key Activities

Work closely with the Service delivery team to make sure all incidents and issues are correctly managed and funnelled inti the right areas for resolve

Manage the application support queue, making sure each call is routed to the correct team and dealt with effectively 

Analysis of overall problems within the application team, find trends and provide recommendations for long term resolve

Engagement with internal and external stakeholders and provide support across all SQL databases by monitoring systems to ensure excellent performance

Key Skills

Extensive SQL experience
Proven experience of managing an application support team
Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
