This is an outstanding opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join an international software company developing software for the marketing and advertising sector. Their platform is the market leader and is used in over 100 countries worldwide.
The successful Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support of a bespoke piece of software, working closely with development and client services teams. Working as part of a 24/7 shift rotation, you should be familiar with providing remote support to stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in a support role (ideally application)
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Some knowledge of networking (HTTP)
- Knowledge of MongoDB
- ITIL certification
- Experience with packet analysers
