Line Support Engineer to join a company in the East Midlands. This will involve working with a number of users to understanding the infrastructure and service requirements. - Working with clients to define the scope of a project.
- Meeting with clients to determine projects
- Installing complete projects on customer sites
- Liaising with staff at all levels of a client organisation
- Defining software, hardware and network requirements
