3rd Line Support Analyst

This is an opportunity for a 3rd Line Support analyst to work for my client based in the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will be required to support the company’s infrastructure and ensure availability of hardware and software platforms.  My client is a leading global provider, allowing the successful candidate to flourish in an ever growing, large environment.

 

Key Accountabilities:
  • Ensure maintenance work is carried out in the required maintenance windows.
Knowledge/skills/experience:
  • Experience in a dynamic technical environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Citrix presentation Server 4.5 and Citrix XenApp 6.5.
  • Knowledge of Active directory and Group Policy.
  • Working knowledge of VMware 4.1.
